NOTD: Sinful Colors - Dream On
This polish by Sinful Colors is amazing! When I saw it in the bottle at the store, I just had to buy it! The color is so bright, which is just perfect for the summertime! The polish is applied almost like a matte so I added a top coat to give the polish a little more shine. Otherwise the application is great. I did apply two coats, but it really would have been ok with just one! I'm just loving this color!
